還在中興大學讀書的時候
除了大一
每年只要到了天涼好個秋的時候
都一定會問問旁邊的朋友們 :
『欸 ~ 要不要一起來報名個舒跑杯呀？』
不知不覺中，
已經是第三年在一大清早來到仍然烏漆嗎黑的中港路
啊不對 !
是台灣大道。
哈哈
而每年騎機車載我來參加比賽的夥伴也一直在改變
第一年是獨逢甲大學的桓宇兄
第二年是柏文哥哥
而今年則是這幾個月的夜跑夥伴育宣 ~
好不容易找好停車位
我們就迅速整裝
好整以暇地來到了這次的新場地 :
台中市政府前大廣場 !
其實這還真的有點小意外
畢竟已經連續兩年於習慣的夏綠蒂公園的草皮旁起跑
看來這個台中一年一度的路跑盛會也有著想要越辦越大的野心呢 !
...... 等不及主持人把開場活動主持完
連健康操都還沒發摟玩的我們
便馬不停蹄地小跑步來到了起跑線的第一排
甚麼原因呢？
最近跑步的時候覺得身體情況好像不錯
膝蓋似乎也是挺健康的 ~
再加上前兩次參加的時候都是分組第11名
帥氣得獎的機會總是近在咫尺呀 !
因此想要得名上台領獎的想法便越來越強烈 ...
碰 ~ !
與育宣最後的擊掌加油之後
我便跟著一馬當先的領先集團
飛也似的衝了出去。
前幾公里
心裡真是無比的熱血澎湃呀 !!!
但是由於今年是全新的路線
所以其實還是有著一絲絲的不安
但想想
就以前參加下來的經驗
似乎只要告訴自己的內心再衝刺一些些
想要上頒獎台似乎也不是那麼遙不可及 !
因此
縱使一旁的國高中田徑隊選手們再怎麼地緊追不捨 ...
老練的中年大叔們再怎麼難纏 ...
有著帥氣跑姿的業餘選手再怎麼光芒萬丈 ...
堅持著自己的呼吸節奏跟步調
不顧慮太多地 ...
咻 ---
衝線 !!!
......還有線可以衝耶 !？
上帝 ! 我得名了 !!!
拿到黃色的小巧卡片
上面標著『男黃組，第六名』
哭了 ! 太感人 !!!
我終於熬出頭啦 !!!
抬頭喵了一眼計時器 : 30''10'76
不。可。思。議。
在短暫的激情過後
稍微紓洗了一下汗水淋漓的臉頰
就來到了市政府廣場邊等待還在路上努力的大家
一邊悠閒地等待頒獎
不可思議的是，
除了事先約好跟知道會來參加的朋友之外，
還順便巧遇了一脫拉庫的熟面孔們
哈哈
於是就在朋友們地注視之下
我走上了頒獎台
接受大家的喝彩。
挖 ~~~ 太爽了 !
第三次的舒跑杯就這樣霸氣地結束了
之後仍就來到了久違的肯德基 ~
享受一年一度的美味早餐 !

In those years studying at NCHU, Taichung,
Besides the year number one,
As the season of soothing fall knocked the door,
I'd always ask my friend :
『Another shot for Super Supau Cup？』
Unknowingly,
it's the very third time entering the Chung-gang Rd. (which still is asleep)
Time changed,
so as the partners carrying me here.
1st one was with Huan-Yu studying in Feng-chia University nearby,
2nd carrier Mr. Po-wen
and now here,
I'm with the training partner in these months - Yu-shuan Boy !
It took us some to find a parking lot,
after that we quickly suited up our gears,
than came to the enormous plaza of Taichung City Government with ease.
It was a little surprise though,
since my last two experiences were at a beautiful park nearby.
So it seemed to me that the sponsor is getting more ambitious now hah !
Not able to wait until the commencement of the race ended,
We fastened our pace to arrive the Starting line in early minutes,
to avoid late squeeze which could be expected.
for what ？
Noticed that my physical condition was in good shape at the moment,
and not to mention the two times 11th place in a row,
this really,
all led to my ambitious mindset this time.
I'd just wanted the top ten and the prize so bad !!!
Boom !
After a fleeting high-five with Yu-shuan,
I soon followed the leading groups,
quickening my pace.
in the starting kilometers,
my heart was boiling hot,
yet this year was another story,
with a brand-new route schemed by the sponsor,
so it pinched my nerves a little somehow.
but after a quick ponder ,
I told myself just let my heart being bold just a little more,
it's not that far between me and the stage !
Accordingly,
in spite of the tight miles with juniors,
besides the experienced elders,
plus the smooth amateurs with beautiful running shapes,
I kept on with my custom breathing temple and steps,
not to think too much ...
All of a sudden ---
the finishing LINE !!!
...... I still got line to splint by !？
God ! I'm in the ranking !
Soon I received a little yellow card,
on it written : 『Group Yellow for Men, 6th place』
I nearly burst into tears ! It's a theme too touching for me !!!
Finally here came my time !!!
with the timing machine telling me the record : : 30''10'76
Just UNBELIEVABLE.
Soon after an emotional outburst,
I washed my tears and sweats out then walked to a bench to take a recess while waiting for my buddies still on the road,
What's out of my expectation was that,
despite the friends promised and known before which would likely be here,
I also encountered with a lots familiar faces,
so,
with the stares of friends,
I walked on the stage and received the prize belongs to me,
in style.
And after that,
no doubt,
a lovely sandwich breakfast at a nearby KFC !
